Money is POWER!

Who said that?

Ramli think KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

Business Tycoons or even Underworld Bosses have lots of money stashed in Banks,Off Shore Heavens,in lonely islands under the grounds,in their private vaults,by their trusted proxies and what have YOU?

Money can buy anything in this world?Be it people like CEOs,Political Leaders and men or women in the streets?

BUT when you talk this to Leaders of Islam like Prophet Muhammad pbuh, his 4 Pious Caliphs,Sahabats,Tabiin,TabiinTabiin then be careful because in Islam Money is just a vehicle to get things done BUT not to corrupt people or do sinful acts that Islam Prohibits 100%.

So,there is no hiding needed by Leaders of Islam because they are always CLOSE TO THE PEOPLE OR UMMAH.

They are always ready to Jihad in the Name of Allah and Muhammad pbuh.

To die for the sake of Allah SWT is the best and noble thing to do for a Muslim because Jannah awaits all those who truly Jihad for Islam not hypocrites or show off then the Hellfire awaits those who become hypocrites or show offs.

Why Business Tycoons (some of them) hide from the public views or eyes?

Why do Underworld Bosses also hide from the Public views and eyes?

Are they the same persons or what?

Are so fed up..just wrote some texts here and they are gone…why this notebook behave such?

Ok,so maybe its best to write a book on this subject later on…..

Will continue again….

hope this is a starter to write more on this important subject….

In Islam, the bad people are those who have negative personalities ie.No Faith in Allah SWT and do not follow the Quran and Sunnah..Beware Allah SWT punishments on Earth and Hereafter!

Companies all try to become a Good Company to a Better or Greater Company by improving their products, services and most important of all their people’s talents.

However in Malaysia,we have many former and current Top Govt Leaders,Business Owners and Organised Crime Bosses who are always being written about their ill gotten wealth and status as one of the richest people on earth? Is Malaysia so rich to make so many people one of the richest in the world?Where the money comes from?Is it their own effort or from their own sweat and brains or is it from the wealth of the nation and Rakyat? Are these stories written about them true or just false news and facts?

In USA,The President can be in power for 2 successive terms (about 8 years) and after that if they are good or great they cannot be in power anymore.Thats in the US Constitution BUT in Malaysia there is no such thing! You can be PM for the normal 1 term of 4 years or even 24 years if you can have your way/s!So,is it good or bad thing for Malaysia to have a PM serving for more than 6 terms or even 3 or above terms? If you asked the new Generations of GenZ,Gen Y or even Gen X they will surely say its Bad or No Good, why? To them nothing is actually long term just like a computer software or electronic gadget!they get updated or revised very often maybe in 3 months or 6 months duration! So,Change is a Way of Life and is Normal!

Like the story of Karun and Firaun in the Holy Quran which stated how they amassed tons of golds like mountains and wealth of undue proportions, they all finally got the wrath from Allah SWT for behaving like God and finally being punished to the greatest extreme by Allah SWT who dislikes any of HIS subjects to behave so arrogantly and not abiding and worship Allah SWT Powers and Orders!Funny, we have still Malaysians who want to behave like Firaun or Karun and maybe their punishments are coming soon or specially prepared for them when they go to the Alam Barzakh not yet Alam Akhirat!Beware all who amassed great amount of wealth that actually they cannot consumed and eat through their lives on earth! All Haram Acts especially by Muslims will be punished to the greatest extreme by Allah SWT unless they seek for immediate mercy from Allah SWT before their death or sudden demised.Inshallah.

Let’s fear Allah SWT for all haram acts and wealth that are acquired by  haram ways or ways that are forbidden in Islam and Rule of Laws of Governments.

The World is Enough for People in Need BUT Not Enough For People in Greed!

an example (news report)of how criminal acts cam become a “new way of life” in Klang Valley especially!

Businessman survives gun attack

KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman survived two gun shots after a gunman opened fire on him outside his office in Taman Billion, Cheras here.

The 52-year-old, who was shot on his chest and his thigh during the 11.30am incident yesterday, is said to be in critical but stable condition.

Gathering evidence: The forensics team at the scene of the shooting in Taman Billion Thursday.

City Chief Police Officer Deputy Comm Datuk Zulkifli Abdullah said two men confronted the businessman moments after he got out of his car.

“One of them fired two shots before they sped off in a car. Our forensics team found two bullet casings at the crime scene.

“We have yet to ascertain the motive for the case,” he said yesterday.

Nowadays, the Underworld or Organised Crime Network is everywhere!

From the early years of Iblis & Setan, there are now many of their followings who loves to do evil things that in Islam are all Haram and Dosa.People are being mistreated and many illegal acts of gambling, prostitution, bribes, gangsterism, extortion, murders, smuggling, drugs, and so many more are performed and managed by these Organised Crime Network or Associates. The formation of the Mafia,Yakuza, and so many other gangster names have become famous and also feared by many.

We just cannot depend on the Police to eliminate or prevent these criminals in action but we need the common people to come together and really understand the dangers of Organised Crime. How to stop Organised Crime from happening?

These are Ramli’s thoughts and actions:

1.Discipline your children all the time and do not hasitate to “punish” them for any wrong doings. In Islam we must teach our kids to pray by 7 years old and “beat” them if they still do not pray when they are 10 years old or older!

2.Inculcate noble values all the time like honesty, trustworthiness, discipline, timeliness, righteousness etc…to our Gen Z,Gen Y etc..

3.Eliminate crime at the source and never allow any “small” crime to go “scot free” or unnoticed.

4.Let’s Jihad to fight all criminals of Allah SWT and Human Society

5.Never fear anyone if you know you are on the right platform because Allah SWT is with YOU all the time.

6.and many more….

If Organised Crime are allowed to grow and become unnoticed, then we will all live in fear not of what is right but for all the bad things happening around us.Thats is not what Islam and Human Society are to be like….

Allahuakbar!

Jihad against Riba’ -the Challenge for Muslims esp in this 21st Century!

see the videos about these Organised Crime Networks:

this is a sample of what indisciplined students have become and we seemed to be “dumb and numb” !

A group of Form Two students splashed yellow and white paint on nine of their teachers’ cars after their school took disciplinary action against them, reported Harian Metro.

The students of a Petaling Jaya Selatan school even smashed the rear windscreen of a Perodua Myvi.

It was believed that in the 4.30pm incident, the students had wanted to vandalise the car belonging to their disciplinary teacher but changed their mind.

Both the district education office and the Education Ministry were informed of the case.

Discipline is key to moulding our kids to become Good Adults and an asset to the Nation!Looks like the parents have given up hope on those kids that tainted and smashed their teachers’ cars as from the newspaper report above.Maybe they never scolded or canned their children at all for all the indisciplined acts both at home and at school.Maybe these kids have problem parents or nobody cares about them!

The problems of this mass discipline acts around the schools of Malaysia and along the streets of Malaysia is so alarming that if you are in a factory like Proton you must press the “Red Button or Andon Signal” to indicate a major defect is in the factory line and production must stop until this serious problem or threat must be eliminated or solved.

Like in Ramli’s book “Revolusi Aksi” the Fourth Element(or Quadrant) in the 4 Major Elements that make the Revolusi Aksi Cycle is Discipline. After the earlier elements of Thinking,Doing and Measurement are completed we must create the Discipline state so that we can hold the gains of all best practices and not fall back to the old bad ways!Only with discipline culture and system can we ensure our work or project will sustained the gains and move on to another zone of progress or improvement.

We need to have a major meeting of minds among the stakeholders like Parents,Teachers and Ministry as how best School Discipline can be handled and ensure Zero Defects (Indiscipline Acts) happening again and again in schools esp those “blacklisted” ones.Lets prioritise and start with some really bad discipline status schools and make them role models,NOW!

This is a major project for Malaysia more important than other projects currently undertaken becoz without discipline children dont bother to look forward for a Truly Great Malaysia that will failed and crumbled with all indisciplinary acts including organised crime!

There are lots and lots of writings, seminars, debates, forums and special events on matters of Globalisation and some countries prefer to call them Glocalisation. Finally the Results are Important whatever all the talks or speeches and even resolutions being made.We live in this World for Results and not just talk, more talks or even many “bullshits” that nothing ever happened just empty hopes and promises to the ordinary folks or citizens.

The World is Enough For People In Need BUT Not Enough For People in Greed!

Are we saying all those Global Companies are Businesses in Greed all the time or we just do not understand their business models or business mission as envisioned by their Founders or Owners.

We need Global companies for jobs to our growing up children and with jobs they can survive all these “rat races” of the 21st Century and they can buy homes, feed their families, support their age old parents, travel with their families and purchase the basic neccesities like car, clothings, education to their kids and many more neccesities what more “luxuries of excesses” of living.

Every year we hear the “meeting of global minds” like Davos or UN Sponsored meetings or forums and also by Global Organisations and Companies. They come out with their findings, resolutions and “feel good” actions to make the year more propserous, peaceful and caring for all BUT actually the RESULTS are not that good or beneficial to global communities or the ordinary folks.

We now hear millions of USD are paid as salaries or remunerations of Financial Heads or Honchos and also many millions of  USD as Directors Fees to  Top Business Leaders in the many Fortune 500 companies as well as the money earned by all the Top Gangsters of the Global Underworld (only Allah SWT Knows everything, whats happening)

Like what Ramli heard from the World’s Top Mgmt Gurus like the late Peter Drucker-“we must only pay about 20 times more to the No.1 boss as compared to his average salary of his managers” BUT this is not the case!Top Executives even in Malaysia are paid “sky rocketing” remunerations as compared to their average worker or manager and at times we think it is so wasteful, living too excessively, unnecessary, exorbitant etc…BUT who can stop or deter all these BAD Practices? Is it the economics, politics or human needs that we must pay these Top Executives soooooooooo muchhhhhh!

Ramli have no answers but in my deep thoughts Ramli think “more money paid means more greed will surface and replicate” and thats bad for our Future of Peaceful and Caring Living philosophy.

Who runs or control the World Economy? The Business People or the Politicians or Political Leaders?

Most people on Planet Earth dream to be a Rich Person either being a Millionaire or nowadays to be a Billionaire!

Some people prefer to be just ordinary folks where they dont want to be caught in the “rat race” nor living with much greed!

Few people Ramli think dont want to be rich at all and are willing to go lots of hardships of being “like a poor person” with not much food to eat everyday but have given lots of their money to care for people in need and people who need help most of the time!

What kind of people are you in?

Ramli have heard many success stories of Billionaires and also Millionaires that where their lives are like “poor man to rich man” or “rags to riches” stories..these people have learned life the hard ways but fast enough to “bounce back” and reap the harvest of good fortune that came along their life journeys…They were persistent, smart thinking, patience and have lots of courage, determination and many good attributes that allow them to sustain or undergo life challenges that at the end of the day they made it!That’s actually what matters?Success and Great Results not just mere “give ups” or Reasons why they failed in life or their entrepreneurship.

Malaysia have many of these kind of stories where young people who came from Mainland China like from Fujian or Guangzhou etc..have made through their life journeys by their many sacrifices and struggles to become Great Businessmen with the status of Business Tycoons and Billionaires etc..To name a few of them are like the grandfathers and fathers of the Owners of Genting,Hong Leong,Khong Guan,Lee Rubber and many others….

When we study these people who came to Old Malaya with only a few dollars and even penniless BUT with great determination, innovative minds and lots of hard work they finally made it not to finally own vast lands, businesses, assets, employees and influenced in the business communities as well as political power or support. Some of them are being achieved through the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. However there are also stories where the grandfather have amassed lots of wealth in his lifetime but his children and grandchildren lost all of them through wastages, poor education and wrong business strategies implemented. Many are due to ignorance,no discipline and no leadership and business acumen.

Ramli wish to highlight some stories of these Chinese Emigration around the World till now and to what extent these Overseas Chinese have impacted to those new found countries of them where they settled many many years ago….

History (as from extracts at Wikipedia)

Main article: Chinese emigration

The Chinese people have a long history of migrating overseas. One of the migrations dates back to the Ming dynasty when Zheng He became the envoy of Ming. He sent people to explore and trade in the South China Sea and Indian Ocean, and many of them were Cantonese and Hokkien.

Waves of immigration

There were different waves of immigration which led to subgroups among overseas Chinese such as the new and old immigrants in Southeast Asia, North America, Oceania, the Caribbean, Latin America, South Africa and Russia.

In the 19th century, the age of colonialism was at its height and the great Chinese Diaspora began. Many colonies lacked a large pool of laborers. Meanwhile, in the provinces of Fujian and Guangdong in China, there was a surge in emigration as a result of the poverty and ruin caused by the Taiping rebellion.[1] The Qing Empire was forced to allow its subjects to work overseas under colonial powers. Many Hokkien chose to work in Southeast Asia with their earlier links starting from the Ming era, as did the Cantonese. The city of Taishan in Guangdong province was the source for many of the economic migrants. For the countries in North America and Australia, great numbers of laborers were needed in the dangerous tasks of gold mining and railway construction. With famine widespread in Guangdong, this attracted many Cantonese to work in these countries to improve the living conditions of their relatives. Some overseas Chinese were sold to South America during the Punti-Hakka Clan Wars in the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong. Many people from the New Territories in Hong Kong emigrated to the UK (mainly England) and the Netherlands in the post-war period to earn a better living.

From the mid-19th century onward, emigration has been directed primarily to western countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and the nations of Western Europe; as well as to Peru where they are called tusán, Panama, and to a lesser extent to Mexico. Many of these emigrants who entered western countries were themselves overseas Chinese or were from Taiwan or Hong Kong, particularly from the 1950s to the 1980s, during which the PRC placed severe restrictions on the movement of its citizens. In 1984, Britain agreed to transfer the sovereignty of Hong Kong to the PRC; this triggered another wave of migration to the United Kingdom (mainly England), Australia, Canada, USA, Latin America and other parts of the world. The Tiananmen Square protests of 1989 further accelerated the migration. The wave calmed after the transfer of sovereignty in 1997. In addition, many citizens of Hong Kong hold citizenships or have current visas in other countries so if the need arises, they can leave Hong Kong on a short notice. In fact, after the Tiananmen Square incident, the lines for immigration visas increased at every consulate in Hong Kong. More recent Chinese presences have developed in Europe, where they number nearly a million, and in Russia, they number over 600,000, concentrated in Russian Far East. Chinese who emigrated to Vietnam beginning in the 18th century are referred to as Hoa.

It is estimated that only 26,700 of the old Chinese community now remain in South Korea.[2] However, in recent years, immigration from mainland China has increased; 624,994 persons of Chinese nationality have immigrated to South Korea, including 443,566 of ethnic Korean descent.[3]

In recent years, the People’s Republic of China has built increasingly stronger ties with African nations. As of August 2007, there were an estimated 750,000 Chinese nationals working or living for extended periods in different African countries.[4] An estimated 200,000 ethnic Chinese live in South Africa.[5] In a 2007 New York Times article, Chad Chamber of Commerce Director estimated an “influx of at least 40,000 Chinese in coming years” to Chad. As of 2006 there were as many as 40,000 Chinese in Namibia,[6] an estimated 80,000 Chinese in Zambia[7] and 50,000 Chinese in Nigeria.[8] As many as 100,000 Chinese are living and working across Angola.[9] There are currently 35,000 Chinese migrant workers in Algeria.[10]

Russia’s main Pacific port and naval base of Vladivostok, once closed to foreigners, today is bristling with Chinese markets, restaurants and trade houses.[11] Experts predict that the Chinese diaspora in Russia will increase to at least 10 million by 2010 and Chinese may become the dominant ethnic group in the Russian Far East region 20 to 30 years from now.
