Are we especially YOU ready to face the New Year 2014 with Great Courage,Humility,Challenges and Sudden Wealth or Prosperity and Hardships or Sorrows?How to make 2014 a better year than 2013 or any of the years that you have lived so far?

In Malaysia in just a few more hours (to be exact about 6 hours39 minutes more from now) we will celebrate the passing of 2013 and the arrival of 2014!
As usual many people will come to the City Centres to celebrate the New Year with all the Pesta Tahun Baru and Fireworks in the Sky!
Slowly 2014 will usher in our day to day living and without realizing it we will soon be in the month of February,March and another year end period.Thats how fast time passes by nowadays but as far as our acheivements are concerned-what have we made?
In the Muslim World it looks the Wars between the Sunni and Shiah Groups are always there and escalating from one country to another Islmaic country,Why?
Ramli is a practising Sunnah Wal Jamaah Sect and he belongs to the Mahzhab Shafie Group as with the other Mahzhab Hanfi,Hambali and Maliki of the Sunnah Wal Jamaah Sect.The Shiah Sect ahve their own ways of Islamib Belief and Practices and one important differences with the Sunnah Wal Jamaah are their lack of respect to Prophet Muhammad pbuh Sahabats ie Abu Bakar,Umar and Othman r.a.Only Saidina Ali r.a is revered or respected by them and that craete much tension and happiness among the Sunnah Wal Jammah.
What is worst in 2013 especially is the regular news we hear of suicidal bombings and killings of innocent Muslims on both sides of Sunni and Syiah Groups.There are regukar killings and act of revenge among them!
Malaysia as of now is not experiencing this kind of “madmess” or Suicidal killings and bombings but the infiltartion of teachings of Syiah Groups are now becoming and if not checked or monitored maybe such worst senarios of mercy or suicidal killings can occour on Malaysian soil.
2013 also saw a great number of Natural Disasters happening and Muslims are also affected badly.The Typhoon Huaiyan in Philippines,great floods in Muslim Countries even in Malaysia have effected so many homes and families.
The Civil Wars in Arab Countries also have caused many thousands of lives lost and sufferings,,,,
The Palestinian Problem still Exist and Israel have done great damages and caused lots of sufferings without being punished or criticized heavily by the World.
So many happenings especially killings,lost of innocent lives and sufferings of the common people we have seen in 2013 and the elimination of poverty have never been dealth seriously or with utmost urgency,
So many thngs to say and analyse of the 2013 events and soon 2014 will add newer events in all our human lives which now may reached 8 Billi8on poople already,,,,
Lets Doa and Hope 2014 will be more Peaceful,Harmony,Prosper and People can live together with Cooperation,Caring and Not causing Harm or Hardships to their fellow Humans…..

Today is 13thMay,2013 almost 44 years have passed since the 13thMay,1969 Trajedy?Anyone in his/her 70s will remember May 13,1969 well but those Gen Y or even Gen X just can’t recall what actually happened or the real significance of it?

Ramli was just 13 years old in 1969 and was living at IMR Quarters along Jalan Raja Muda when 13thMay,1969 striked!

Today marked the 44th anniversary of that Tragic Event that in a way helped shaped the way Malaysia being ruled,society behaves,races interact and many more integration of Malaysians to ensure that May 13th similar incident won’t happen again!

Syukur Malaysians now live at peace,no real social unrests or racial disunity just the normal greed among all kinds of Malaysians,lazy attitude,involvement in bad trades like gangsterism,bribing,smuggling,prostitution,gambling and other vices….

The 13GE or PRU 13 is just over and the results are made known and BN still rules Malaysia with Pakatan taking power in 3 states only instead of 5 in 12GE or PRU12.

Soon,13thMay,2013 will passed on in a few hours more and in Shah Alam the weather is damn hot at almost 34 degrees F and with all these kind of climate change or hot weather,living the good happy and stable life is now hard to find and if we Malaysians still live in poor sustainable conditions,ignore the dangers of climate change and bad habits of living like waste a lot,burning things with out care,no green culture and other sustainable living ways then we soon faced great hardships,poor weather and dangers of living with unsustainable ways that can lead to our destruction and farewell.

Greetings again for the coming XMas and New Year 2013! (only a few more days left…)

As all of us review our end of the year business performance as well as our own personal performance for 2012 we will come to reality as to the facts and datas of it all!Did we met our original targets or even our revised targets in consideration of the many world’s unexpected events or natural disasters as we never thought would happen when we did our 2012 Business Plan!

As they say it is not that easy to generate new sales as the market conditions and world global economy is really on an upheavel like EU Debt Crisis,Middle East Political Instability,China and India economic adjustments as to meet their ongoing “good run” as well as natural disasters that are happening everywhere.Maybe ASEAN performance looks encouraging with countries like Philippines and Indonesia moving Up and Up!

As for us at the company levels we may need to understand where our money really being spend on and are they giving us the profits as planned?So,Ramli in brief here would like to suggest that if sales are so difficult to make why not learn to do projects internally or at your many business processes to SAVE COSTS!

You can save costs by eliminating “stupid” or careless errors in your daily work as well making sure Top Mgmt are making all the right decisions and judgements plus investments!

Errors are created because you did not do your work right the first time and need revisions (some even 3-4 times) to finally get the job done right!

Why all these happenings?Mainly its People problems.They do not understand what is actually needed to be executed and done well.So there is a kind of trial and error thing where jobs are not done perfect at one go!Knowledge is key to all of People’s problems.How do we make sure our People are well trained and competent enough to do their work right the first time?Do we have excellent onboarding programmes or OTJ training and even good supervisory guidance esspecially to new recruits?

Next,do we have excellent teamworking established in our company especially at all the workplaces?Do we have Great Workplace Leaders and know their Main Roles&Responsibilities?

Ramli would like to propose as for 2013,there must be great changes in the way we Think,Do,Measure and Discipline our daily work,weeks,months and year.This is the Action Revolution (Revolusi Aksi) Cycle which Ramli have introduced in his book in March 2006.We need to think all ways of making improvements in areas of QCDSME and by following the 7 factors in each of these 4 important Elements (Phases) we can at least do some great work and produce great results that save money,generate profits and improve the performance of our people!

Ramli is a strong promoter and doer of all things about Quality,Productivity,Cost Savings,Safety,Morale Up and Environment Protector plus a host of other focus areas.

To do all these we need projects and as Dr.Juran once taught ” a Project is a Problem due for solution”

We need to do many projects around our many business processes and do that we need TEAMS in action!

Ramli have promoted,nutured,facilitated,trained and evaluated TEAMS in action like QCC,WIT,KMK,KIK,MQT and of other names from start to end and from their results or outputs they really have shown great results from the innovations and creativity plus excellent teamwork.Only with Teams can we realistically eliminate or reduce the Company’s Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) due to errors of all kinds!By projects we can slowly but surely reduce all these wastages and loss of money by all the Control and Improvement activities we do.We can establish our poke yoke system (fool proof) where such stupid errors will not happen again and the company can save loss of money and help the budget work rightly as planned.Studies shown that we at times can waste about 20 to 30% of our sales turnover due to COPQ factors!

So,if the Malaysian Govt have now a work force of 1,400,000 people then we can establish about 140,000 KIKs in all the Govt Ministries,Agencies,Departments etc..with about 4 to 10 members per KIK then just imagine the 140,000 projects can be done every cycle (best is 4 to 6 months period per KIK project cycle).If each KIK can help save RM1,000 per project then with 140,000 projects completed on time and in full,the Malaysian Govt can help save or record a saving of RM140,000,000 every KIK Cycle!Wonderful!

Sadly this push or drive for more KIK are not done or not forcefully made even though KIK have been introduced almost 30 years already since 1983 in Malaysia.Japan introduced QCC in 1962!

So,we need continual study and knowledge about QCC@KIK in all our Malaysian Workforce to make Malaysia relevant as a growing and developed nation of High Achievers and High Income Nation with a target per capita income of USD15,000 in 2020!Can we do that?Easily we can if we can establish this 140,000 KIKs in the Malaysian Civil Service.

So,we need PROJECTS in our workplaces and that also applies to the Private Sectors and GLCs.

We need REVOLUSI AKSI and Competent Workforce with Dynamic Leaders and Capable Managers!We need CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT with Control and Breakthrough Projects all the time year around!

So,2013 is a great year to get all these done and make a great difference in the RESULTS  as far as your PROFITS,PEOPLE,BRAND,MARKETS AND ALL THINGS GREAT by end of 2013!

Happy New Year 2013!

Only 26 more days and we will end our 2012 calender and move on to 2013-the New Year!What have we achieved in 2012 and what to expect or want to achieve in 2013?

Yes,the days are fast ending now to complete the 2012 calender and soon we will enter the 2013 Period and awaiting us are more challenges,uncertainties,natural environmental impacts,human sufferings and technological breakthroughs and maybe more increased of poverty both rural and now urban on the rised plus many more events that helped shaped our human existence and survival!

Maybe in Malaysia we will soon know the happenings and outcome of the 13th Malaysia General Elections (13MGE) and whether Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his Pakatan Team will formed the New Govt in Power or the incumbant BN will hold on in power with a lesser majority in Parliament or gained more seats and a more than a 2/3 majority control in Parliament?So 2013 will be a great year of happenings for Malaysian Politics?

What is actually best to depend on?Malaysia best managed by Politicians or Business Leaders or Entrepreneurs?Maybe with Entrepreneurs Malaysians have more jobs to acquire and enjoy better income and sustainable livelihood?If with Politicians leading the journey of growth in Malaysia then maybe many Malaysians still live in poverty since not many creative decisions are made to open up new businesses or industries where Malaysia not only focus on domestic businesses but also expand overseas and via excellent products or franchises Malaysia now can offer the global arena Malaysian products and services or world demands just like Global Companies like Microsoft,Samsung,Toyota,CITI Bank,Apple,McDonalds and others have offered to the world!

The world have registered her 7 Billion population on 1stNov,2011 and now maybe the percentage of people living in poverty are still many what more with urban poverty on the rise as also the usual rural poverty.Why?maybe the urbanites are people who want to live in excess and with minimal income they get themselves into serious debt crisis and just cannot get out of this debt trap!

So we need to think positive and act positive and allow many improvements to happen in our country,workplaces and even at homes!We need to make breakthroughs (improvements) in areas of QCDSME where quality of our products and services become better,productivity improve,delivery of our outcome faster,costs being reduced and minimal,safety ensured and fool proof,morale improved among our people and teams exist everywhere,environment becoming more protected,sustainable and safeguarded etc…

2012 have been full of natural calamities like typhoons,floods,earthquakes,tsunamies,droughts,unpredictable weather and temperature and many millions of people are made homeless,under nourished,loss of crops and businesses and some no more faith in God Almighty etc…

If the Belief in Allah SWT or God is no more then  we better be ready to face the wraths of Allah SWT or God Almighty because this is the foundation of human existence as to Belief in HIM and have great patience,faith and confidence that Allah SWT (God Almighty) will always safeguard our existence as what HE have given us numerous bounties,pleasures and good life on earth with blessings and mercy.It is we our humans who have been misguided and taken the wrong path to mischiefs,lawlessness,sins,bad values and no faith in Allah SWT (God Almighty) that have made us faced all these hardships,human trajedies and happenings that actually can be avoided if only we listen,we act the right ways and Belief in the Powers of Allah SWT (God Almighty) and stay away or dont listen the ways of Iblis or Syaitans (Devils) who only want to misguide humans and follow them to HELL in the Hereafter!

2012 have been a good year of KNOWLEDGE Building and acquisition where like Ramli he managed to attain new knowledge on my subjects mainly on Islam as there are daily Tazkirahs (lectures) on Islam provided by the many Ustazs and Gurus in masjids and suraus all over Malaysia and the Internet.Knowledge is Power and only with useful knowledge can we become better person and we can help served our people,family and country plus the world with new discoveries,better ways of living,technological breakthroughs and all things good and safe.

2012 still exist many CROOKS and Bad People who only desire to destroy our world with bad habits and values,bad works,sinful acts,destroy humans and not at all enriching our lives,safety and faith in Allah SWT!These are our challenges and we must avoid them for 2013 and beyond!

So in summary,developing the Right People in the Right World with Right Values and Attitudes are critical to all World and Business Leaders including parents at home.We need to continuously strieve for excellence in human potential or talents and to do all these we need contant knowledge and the pursue of excellent work and cooperation among people all over the world and at home.
