As we all know 2013 will mark the 30th year of the establishment of QCC or KMK as they are more commonly known earlier on in Malaysia.Now QCC have been rebranded and known as ICC while KMK in the Govt Sector have become KIK.
What is most important is the continual journey of these Tools of Mgmt as they refer KIK@ICC where companies or govt agencies can reap the harvest of good work via projects undertaken by teams usually in duration of 4 to 6 mths and some 8 to 12 months per project.
The traditional way of managing of teams like KIK@ICC have been through regular meetings (face to face type) of 1 hour duration or the special short meetings of 5 to 10 mins type etc,,
Now with the availability of Modern Technology esp the Internet and Social Media tools like Facebook,Youtube,Aplications of all kinds etc…we can also see new innovative and creative wasys of good communication among members of these teams.
What tools have your ICC or KIK been using nowadays?
We now have some teams creating their KIK or ICC Facebook Pages while some have uploaded their infos or activities/projects on their YouTube Channels etc…
