Ramli realized that when we as Leaders start our projects we must have PDCA in mind ie.Plan-Do-Check-Action (system of control and execution)

Without these fundamental Good Mgmt practices we will landed up with failures and waste of time and resources as our projects become bad and poor outcomes.

When we practise all the nonsense mgmt styles we will get nonsense results that does not meet the targets or objectives of the projects concerned!

Wastes of time,money,human capital are too hard to bear nowadays when the world is experiencing lack of natural resources,good talents and capital!

We must always learn not to waste and maximise results with minimise capital!

One good example in Ramli’s place is the establishment of the Shah Alam Bus Terminal at Section 17 where due to careful analysis and need of customers,the authorities decided to establish the Bus Terminal or Station where all the Express Buses come here and commuters can now easily booked their tickets and can travel from Shah Alam to anywhere in West Malaysia!Thats so wonderful when before they must travel to KL to book their tickets and take the buses there.Now no more,all can be done at this Section 17 Bus Terminal with almost all the Major Bus Companies have station their buses here!

Perhimpunan & Majlis Pentauliahan Kor SISPA (Kor Siswa Siswi Pertahanan Awam) IPTA/S Peringkat Kebangsaan pada 16hbDisember,2010 di UiTM Shah Alam -anak perempuan Ramli,Nur Amirah adalah juga antara Pegawai Berpangkat Leftenan Muda yang ditauliahkan itu..

Perhimpunan dan Majlis Pentauliahan Kor SISPA peringkat Kebangsaan telah  berjaya dilaksanakan pada 16hbDisember,2010 lalu di UiTM Shah Alam.Ini adalah pertama kali majlis seperti ini dianjurkan bersama oleh pihak IPTA/S dengan Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi dan Jabatan Pertahanan Awam (JPAM)

Semua peserta2 kursus Kor SISPA ini akhirnya ditauliahkan  dengan pangkat Pegawai Leftenan Muda oleh Timbalan Menteri Dalam Negeri YB Datuk Lee Chee Leong yang hadir untuk merasmikan majlis yang penuh bersejarah itu.Anak Ramli iaitu Nur Amirah dari UMT juga adalah antara Pegawai2 Kor SISPA yang ditauliahkan tersebut.

Tahniah kepada semua Kor SISPA yang berjaya dan semoga slogan dan lagu JPAM  “Sentiasa Bersedia” akan dikotakan dan dijiwai oleh semua yang mendapat pentauliahan tersebut.Inshallah.

Ramli & Maimunah will soon celebrate their 25thWedding Anniversary this 27thJuly,2009..

This 27thJuly,2009 marked the 25th Year of Marraige for Ramli & Munah.On 27thJuly,1984..Ramli & Munah had their akad nikah(marraige vows-ceremony) in Kg.Pengkalan,Alor Gajah Malacca and immediately after the Nikah ceremony,the “bersanding” was held in Kg.Pengkalan.What’s so special is that Munah’s elder brother Azman also got married with his wife Hawa from the same village on that same night with Ramli&Munah.SO it was a Double Wedding with 2 Couples on the wedding dais or stage.
Later on 29th July,1984..Ramli&Munah had their wedding reception in Petaling Jaya at Ramli’s home attended by so many relatives,friends and loved ones…It was like the Wedding of the Year for Ramli&Munah in Sect 14,Petaling Jaya.
THANK YOU TO ALL ESPECIALLY RAMLI’S DADDY (ABU HASSAN..DIED ON 15THJUNE1997) AND MUMMY..HJH MEENAH HJ AHMAD (NOW 88TH YEARS OLD..STILL MENTALLY STRONG AND HIGH SPIRITS)
ONLY ALLAH SWT KNOWS WHAT TO BESTOW AND BLESSED ALL OF YOU TO MAKE THIS WEDDING BLISSFUL AND BECOME STRONGER EVERYDAY AND EVERY YEAR…RAMLI & MUNAH LOVE ALL OF YOU…
SO,the wealth that Ramli & Munah possessed today..is actually the 5 grown up children we have..ie..
1.Zaim Aimran – 24 years old…an Engineer graduated with Honours from UTM in 2008
2.Zaim Ikhwan – 22 years old..completed his Form 5 and now helps the mother and household cores..
3.Nur Amirah – 21 years old – a 2nd year student at University Trengganu Malaysia doing Environmemtal Economics…
4.Nur Arina – 17 years old…a Form 5 student in SMK Sect 18,Shah Alam
5.Zaim Bukhairi – 14 years old – a Form 2 student in SMK Sect 18,Shah Alam
May our children become Great Persons that hopefully will achieve the status of “Hartawan & Dermawan” and make this World a Better,Happier,Safer,Cleaner and Prosperous place for ALL.
May Allah SWT Blessed and have Mercy on all of US and send us to Jannah (Paradise)
