Ramli is very disappointed with the events around him for the last 4 months or so.Why?Is it so difficult to get projects from GLCs’,MNCs’ ,PLCs’ and even SMEs’?Must you be a “crony” or “good friends” of the Chairman,Director or even Manager to be offered a project? Are there rampant practices of “under table”,”over the table” or “open requests” for favours (bribes) if you want a project?
Who are these CEOs or Managers in Charge now running these Malaysian cos? Are they people of greed or “you are not my kaki type”?
CEOs in Malaysia now demand monthly salaries easily above RM 50,000 and many are demanding for RM100,000 not including all the perks and privileges included! Many of them now earned over RM1,000,000 a year as their remuneration package. The highest paid CEO in the GLCs earned almost RM10 Million a year!
Consultants from overseas can easily get projects worth millions of RM while local consultants like Ramli who have served the nation for more than 30 years (see Ramli’s Profile at http://www.linkedin.com/in/ramlipromoter) still find hard or a “nightmare” to get a training job that pay RM3,500 a day and some even asked for discount for RM2,000 a day!Where’s the great world class results of the overseas Consultants?GLCs and MNCs still complained of poor profits and poor performance of their people while they have spend millions to pay these overseas consultants that come with an attractive package in the beginning and ended up hiring locals to continue their “not so good” results infact the locals can do better jobs and get more satisfying results.
Maybe its the “corporate politics” that Ramli must master and not the “ampu budi” but the “ampu bodek” type of strategies must be used effectively.People are “on the take” and with their eg.RM15,000 salary a month is still not enough they demand more and to get more they apply their “power” to their suppliers and whatever ways they can “beef up” their monthly income to double or triple in amount! If a real survey is made as to the lifestyles of salary people in Klang Vally for example maybe the results will show that their salary alone cannot be enough to maintain their lifestyle with expensive cars, high entertainment costs, luxury homes and frequent executive travels!Only a business person with good profits can live up to such luxury lifestyles?
So,where are all the money in Malaysia now? Are the Billionaires hoarding them or “toying” with all of us with their projects and giving us all the “crumbs” while they “wallop the creams” and good portions? The rich will get richer as the most common saying goes nowadays and the poor or or not so poor will “fight it out” to get the “crumbs” !
Maybe its better to have 10,000 Millionaires in Malaysia rather than just 10 Billionaires? Tell Ramli what you think or your disagreement to all that have been said above? Most important of all is WE 1Malaysians as they like to called nowadays need a fair share of what Malaysia can offer and not to be “shut up” or “thrown out” of that opportunities or great wealth that Malaysia can always offer!
It is very scary or danger is coming ahead if WE allow all these bad practices or bad values to escalate further since “empty stomachs can create a revolution” and “being hungry person can become an angry person” and if all “hell break lose” then its mayhem for Malaysia.Maybe thats what we called nowadays Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR or CR) to help the people who need help and Ramli add further to Rich People or People in Power it is also your Personal Social Responsibility(PSR ) to help anyone you think needs help,if you don’t do that, who else will?
